Manuscripts supporting the purpose of JHEM (see “About the Journal“) and conforming to the technical specifications for submission (see “Directions for Contributors”) are always welcome.  Blind reviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the goal is to provide a decision on acceptance within four weeks of the date of submission.
